Event Format

    The event will be held in two phases :
  • PHASE 1

  • 1. Submission of abstract and full paper on or before Jan 28th,2010 to somnathstud@gmail.com .
    While submitting the abstract send the contact numbers of all the team members
    2. Any one of the mentioned Topics or you own topics can be used.
    3. Based on the papers� evaluation, the best papers in instrumentation as well as electronics streams will be selected for PHASE 2.
  • PHASE 2

  • 1. The paper submitted will have to be presented during the event.
    2. 3 hard copies of the same are to be submitted before presentation.
    3. The teams will get 8 minutes to present their paper.
    4. It will be followed by a question and answer session .
    5. The participants will have to present their paper in Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 compulsory.
    5.Violation of any rule can result in rejection of paper.
    6.The organizers reserve the right to change/update the rules of the contest at any point of time and will do their best to inform the participants of the same. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the teams to keep themselves updated.
